Poetry to the masses - Funny, thought-provoking and entertaining...!

Hello and Welcome!

Hello and welcome to our very first blog!

First of all, I would like to say a huge thank you to the wonderful and talented Chris Giles of CGain Business Marketing for creating this amazing website for us! (www.cgain.co.uk – check it out!).

Secondly thank you to you for taking the time to visit our site! Please have a good look around and give us any feedback!

We will be updating the blog with news, interesting articles and ‘meet the poet’ interviews, so if you have any suggestions please do let us know! Plus if you haven't checked out our promo video yet, then why not? Thanks again to Bark Media! (Look at us, new website, new promo, it's like we know what we're doing!)

As you may know, currently the HQ computer is experiencing some gremlins, so we are looking for a new one which is why there is a delay in releasing videos, however they will all be edited and posted just as soon as possible.

Our next event is Word War Two – Heat Three at the Three Minute Theatre on Oldham Street, so we hope to see you there.

Coming up we also have:

Evidently… Ash Dickinson and Tom Kwei taking place at the Eagle Inn on April 13th

And Evidently Extra which is a special one off event featuring (from across the pond) Natasha T Miller and Shame Romero with supporting guests Keisha Thompson and Calum Dwyer which will take place at Gullivers on Oldham Street on 25th April.

Put the dates in the diary and we will see you there!

Ella Gainsborough

She does the bits behind the scene. You know, buying Haribo, keeping accounts, setting up the room... the fun stuff.

Co-founder of Evidently, Miss G is both the brains and beauty.
